Full Service

Have you not serviced your machine from the very first day the machine was bought? It's time to give your coffee machine a full service to ensure it produces excellent quality coffee for a longer period of time.

What is Included in the Full Service Package

1. Our technicians initially run a test on the machine to assess its overall condition and to check for any visible issues or malfunctions.
2. Complete cleaning of all parts of the machine such as group head, body of machine, portafilter, steam wand, drip tray and backflush the machine.
3. Replacement of worn-out or degraded parts such as gaskets and water filters.
4. Service report will be provided to outline the performed maintenance task and any recommendation to maintain the machine.
